Telcospec HQ is well positioned geographically to deploy technical resources to a substantial portion of the North Island and ultimately Nationwide.

Whether it be from Natural disasters, construction activity or tiny rodents causing havoc our vast knowledge, experience and geographical spread across the industry puts us in a good position to respond quickly and efficiently to provide emergency restoration solutions to the situation at hand.  

Telcospec have built strong and trusting relationships with other providers of similar capabilities all around the country, we are confident our reach across NZ will be covered by the same high levels of service restoration, managed and centralized through Telcospec systems.  

Ultimately Telcospec will take all responsibility, accountability and endeavor to meet delivery expectations Nationwide to ensure services are restored in the most pragmatic way possible. 

Communications will be key to ensure the SOS has been acknowledged and triggered a response, Telcospec has developed an emergency call flow system  linked to an open ticketing portal to allow transparency and Realtime status updates for urgent and non-urgent requests.  

This system has been developed to also be interactive where clients can provide information, request detail and view field data captured by techs.
